  • Test your device at the dealership and the repairman is obliged to allocate a place for this.
  • Get the necessary information about warranty conditions, how to use it, and non-warranty device services (repair and supply of parts).
  • Communicate your opinions, suggestions and criticisms confidentially and non-confidentially to the authorities through the communication channels (face-to-face consultation, phone call, website and application) of the customer relations unit.

After-sales service areas:

  • Responding to customers' requests, needs, and guidance through: telephone, car registration application, and support channels.

  • Replacing or repairing customers' devices according to the technical specifications of Negar Khodro company in after-sales service agencies

General warranty conditions:

  • All Negar Khodro products, which have been activated since the beginning of August 1400, include a two-year free repair warranty.
  • The warranty start date is the date recorded on the warranty card with a hologram that has been approved by the sales representative.
  • All Negar Khodro products are subject to a two-year warranty for the replacement of all parts (except consumable parts such as wires and connecting cables) free of charge.
  • If there is a defect in the device up to 10 days after the sale, which has been approved by Negar Khodro and is caused by the defect or the quality of the device's production, the device will be replaced free of charge.
  • Providing services after the sale of Nigar Car only in authorized centers introduced.
  • After the end of the warranty period, Negar Khodro products will benefit from services (parts supply and repairs) at an approved cost for 5 years.
