Frequently Asked Questions
Questions and Answers
1- Device Validation Code
Entering the Validation Code via the Pressure Adjustment Keys
2- Device Not Turning On
1- Check the device's power cable 2- Check the device's fuse
3- Check the AC switch 4- Check if the power light is on
3- Mixing ratio of washing materials with gasoline
Mix with super gasoline in a ratio of 40 to 60.
4- Pump not working 1
1- Test the correct operation of the pump from the pump control menu (observe the pressure, which should be more than 5 bar)
2- Check the pump without injectors: First, place the 6-piece rail without injectors and with the traps connected on the device and connect the hose to the fuel rail, then enter the device settings section, in the pump control section, change the pump from off to on and wait about 30 seconds. If the pump starts working, it is healthy, otherwise the pump must be replaced.
3- Check the correct operation of the pump driver, the output voltage of which should be about 10 volts. (The device is opened in coordination with the company)
4- Apply external voltage to the pump: If the pump does not work and does not lift the material * Open the back of the device, there is a black wire connected to the tank, then take a 12-volt car battery and connect one end of the red positive wire to the positive of the tank and connect the negative wire to the black wire on the tank, and then test (this test will make it possible to start working again if the pump has fallen asleep)
5- Replace the pump
5- No pressure gauge
1- Is the pump working?
2- Is there a leak somewhere in the device?
3- Did the problem not resolve by manually increasing the pressure?
4- The device gauge is broken.
6- Leakage from inside the device
Is the tank full? (If the tank is full, it will leak. The tank must be filled to a certain level.)
7- Leaking couplings
1- Replacing the coupling O-ring 2- Replacing the coupling
8- LCD screen does not come up
Checking the electrical system
9- Component test does not work
1- Checking the ohmic connection of the cable 2- How to test for damage 3- Sending or repairing the cable
10- Stepper motor does not work
Checking the ohmic connection of the cable.
11- Injector connector failure
1- Cable ohmic test
2- Replacing the sockets on the injectors
12- No spraying
Is the pump working?
Does the device show the ohm value of the injectors?
Is the sound of the injectors being disconnected and connected after showing the ohmic resistance? (The coil inside the injector is disconnected and connected)
If the injectors do not work, it is possible that the problem is with the injector connector cable, the flat connector cable between the driver board and the db25 pin, the injector driver board, and finally the micro board (main board). The cases should be checked one by one and in order.
13- Not showing the injector ohm value or showing that it is disconnected despite the injectors being connected
Make sure that the connector connectors and the injectors themselves are intact. If both are intact, consult with technical experts.
14- The solenoid valve does not work in the 7000 model
All cases should be coordinated with the company.
Checking the correct connection of the coil wire related to the faulty solenoid
1- First, you should check that there is no dirt left in the windows
2- Open the back of the device and check the wire related to the solenoid and the window that is not working to see if it is loose or torn
3- Remove all the wires that go to the terminal except the wire of the part that is connected to the window that is not draining, and then drain the fuel and see if the coil of this window that was not draining makes a sound. If it makes a sound, it is probably stuck and needs to be cleaned. If it does not make a sound, the coil has a problem and needs to be replaced
. You can disconnect the wires of the faulty solenoid coil and measure its ohmic resistance, which should be about 500 ohms.
15- Self-draining of solenoid valves
All cases must be done in coordination with the company.
The solenoid is probably dirty and has dirt stuck inside it. The solenoid must be opened and cleaned. The problem may be solved by inflating the cylinder in question
16-How to use the device
Send a video or manual
17-Fuel rail leak
Injectors not properly closed or O-ring not placed in the tubes
18-Tank empty error
(Problem with fuel level sensor)
If the tank is full but it gives this error message, first you must enter the fuel level sensor menu and disable it. In this case, if it is fixed, there is a problem with the tank sensor that must be sent to them ** But if it is not fixed, you must send the device to the company because the problem is with the device hardware
