1- The ECU on the tester does not have a 12V output - the relay test has a problem and no lights come on.

All three fuses on the back of the device must be replaced.

2- With each ECU on the tester, only 2 5V lights (gas valve and air pressure) are on and no other lights are on.

The fuse of the device is burned out and must be replaced with a spare fuse on the back of the device.

3- Test Siemens Cruise ECU on the tester

For Siemens Cruise ECUs, if they want to start the engine or define the key on the tester, they must have a CIM immo and 2 sockets, one of which is written IMMO and the other BSI, both of which must be connected to the IMO and BSI parts of the tester to establish communication.

4- Oxygen sensor test on tester

To test the oxygen sensor on the tester, just connect the oxygen sensor socket to the sensor and test the sensor heater resistance through the test components option on the tester menu.

5- Injector test on tester

To test the injector on the tester, just connect the injector socket to the injector and connect it to the tester and test the injector performance through the test components option.

6- Stepper motor test on tester

Stepper motor test in old 6000 testers must be connected to the tester and tested together with the stepper motor ECU.

In logic testers, there is also a stepper motor test without ECU, which can test the stepper motor performance without connecting the ECU.

.7- French Bosch 206 ECU test on tester

To test French 206 ECUs, the anti-theft system, which includes BSI and COM2000, must be removed from the car along with the ECU and connected to the tester so that the engine starts and works, otherwise the ECU must be bypassed.

8- How to test the electric throttle on the tester

In 6000 testers, to test the electric throttle, the electric throttle must be connected to the tester along with the ECU so that the electric throttle can be tested.

In logic testers, an option called testing parts without an ECU has been added, which allows you to test the operation of the electric throttle without connecting the electric throttle to the tester.

9- Siemens ECU test on the tester

When Siemens ECUs are to be tested on the tester, if there is an IMO, the anti-theft system, which includes the ICU, antenna, and switch, must be connected to the tester along with the ECU so that the engine can be started, or the ECU must be bypassed so that the engine can be started and the ECU can be tested.

10- How the speed sensor simulator works on the tester

In the tester menu, there is an option called the speed sensor simulator, which is only for Siemens ECUs and is used when we want to increase the ECU mileage, and this option cannot be used to reduce the mileage.
